Why does this help us achieve our goal of Mental health?

1. We provide a lasting impact in the life's of other, by helping parents, and youth know we support them.

2. We know that physical activity is key to a happy and successful life. In fact, we have found that 9 out of 10 times young adults find there mental health improved significantly by engaging in physical activities.

3. We hope in the near future to bring resiliency focused education into schools all around. This becomes a great stepping stone to make that vision a reality.
